  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 5 tbsp whole grain oats (fine)
  • 5 tbsp whole grain oats (coarse)
  • 5 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. First, bring the milk and water to a boil.
  2. Add oats and chia: Then add the oats and chia, and cook for about 1 more minute.
  3. Then set it aside and let it steep.
  4. Enjoy the porridge: Now enjoy it right away. We also like to decorate the porridge with fresh fruit.
