Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp fine oatmeal
  • 4 tbsp oat bran
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 10 g almonds
  • 100 g kefir
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 3 dried dates
  • 1 handful of blueberries or other fruit

Instructions

  1. Preparation the day before: It is best to prepare part of this muesli the day before.
  2. Soak the oats: The day before, combine the oatmeal and oat bran with water and place them in the refrigerator.
  3. Add ingredients: The next day, add the remaining ingredients, and the muesli is ready.
  4. Kefir alternative: If you don’t like kefir due to its acidity, you can replace it with milk.
