Ingredients

  • 2 packs, 32 Oreo cookies
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat quark (0.2% fat)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 75 ml low-fat milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pack whipping cream stabilizer
  • 1 pack 8 g bourbon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Create Oreo halves: From the 32 Oreo cookies, create 12 halves. Some may break. Oreo cookies break easily and are hard to split. But that's okay, because...
  2. Crush the remaining Oreo cookies in a freezer bag.
  3. Mix the ingredients: Put the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and milk into a bowl and mix well.
  4. Whip the cream: Whip the cream with the whipping cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Do not stir too vigorously.
  6. Layering: Place half of the crushed Oreo cookies in the dish, then half of the filling, and then repeat with cookies and filling.
  7. Decorate and chill: Decorate the dessert with the Oreo cookie halves and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
