Ingredients

  • 5 eggs (size M)
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml sunflower oil
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g potato flour
  • 1 packet, 15 g baking powder

Instructions

  1. Sift ingredients: Sift powdered sugar and flour into the mixing bowl.
  2. Mix batter: Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Bake batter: Pour the batter into the greased and floured pan and bake for one hour at 170°C.
